Who is this for?

A small ASX Listed company that needs ASX financial reports prepared including Annual Report, Half Year Report and quarterly Appendix 5B's.

How will it work?

We will:

• Prepare the final consolidation and relevant work papers

• Be the main point of contact with auditors, and will liaise between the board and auditors to answer any audit queries

• Draft up the financial section of the financial report and update with any required markups

​

The company will provide:

• Final version of review of operations

• Final individual trial balances, profit and loss, balance sheet and general ledger for parent and any subsidiaries

• Prior period work papers

• Prior period final report in Microsoft Word format

• Assist with obtaining any reasonable auditor-requested information
