One point of contact from the company is responsible for collecting and paying all invoices.
At the end of the month or quarter all scanned invoices and bank statements are provided by the client for processing into Xero or MYOB in one batch.

How will it work?
All invoices are scanned by the company and emailed through to be processed into Xero or MYOB.
Periodically, a list of outstanding creditors is circulated for payment approval and a payment run is then uploaded to the bank for authorisation.
